FivePoints provides on-demand outsourced compliant messaging (E-mail and Instant Messaging) for financial services companies helping them meet the strict regulatory standards of the SEC, NYSE, NASD and other regulatory bodies.


Needs
FivePoints needed a web-based administration portal to enable their customers to easily maintain control of their users and environment, while limiting the amount of internal training required for staff.


Solution
BMM architected and developed a provisioning solution using Microsoft Provisioning Server (MPS) as the core foundation. The product developed acts as a layer on top of MPS that provides functionality not available in the core product, such as customized access to group definitions, group membership and distribution lists, as well as reporting.
